Learning by Doing: Community Engagement and Social Service
Direct community engagement and social service are the foundations of our youth program.
Youth play an integral part in our community. We are interested in getting to know each other cross-generationally and in building friendships with youth equally as with adults. We also believe youth can support and enrich our community.
The UUG is here to empower young people to engage directly in social service. We take special care to ensure that our social action activities are "youth-friendly".

- Internationally, all youth can develop direct relationships with their own peers in our partner school in northern India through pen-pal relationships and sponsorships.
- UUG can sponsor young adults to travel abroad to perform direct social service activities.
